At Aayra Trendz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange policy ensures that our customers have peace of mind when shopping for watches and fashion jewelry with us. Please review our policy below:

  1. Return & Exchange Time Period

We offer a 10-day return or exchange period from the date of purchase for products that exhibit a manufacturer’s defect. This applies to both watches and fashion jewelry. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted for:

  • Watches with a manufacturer’s defect in the mechanism.
  • Fashion jewelry with visible defects upon delivery or issues related to manufacturing.

Please note:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Watches come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any mechanical issues with the movement. This warranty does not cover external parts such as the strap, glass, or case.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are non-refundable but may be exchanged for products of equivalent value or a store credit.
  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@aayratrendz.com within the 10-day period, providing the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Details of the defect or issue.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

We will guide you through the process of returning the item.

  1. Refund Process
  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you choose to exchange the product, the new item will be shipped to you once the defective item is received and inspected.
  1. UAE Consumer Rights

We comply with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, which protects the rights of customers purchasing products within the UAE. In line with these regulations, customers have the right to return or exchange defective products within the specified time frame, and manufacturers’ warranties are honored.
